Zoho CRM is the online hosted CRM solution of Zoho Corp (previously AdventNet), based in Pleasanton, California. Zoho CRM empowers organizations with a complete customer relationship lifecycle management solution for managing organization-wide Sales, Marketing, Customer Support & Service and Inventory Management in a single business system. Zoho CRM is free for a maximum of 3 users, and its paid packages are deemed to be among the most affordable and cost effective CRM solutions on the web.

In addition to the free package, that maximizes the number of users in three, Zoho CRM offers two paid packages.
